In the CIA’s Asian Cuisine bachelor’s degree concentration, you’ll study the foods of China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and more. Learn everything from the basics to the most advanced dishes as you examine the history and global impact of Asian cuisine. You’ll spend a semester at the CIA’s exhilarating campus in Singapore, traveling throughout the region to meet with farmers, chefs, and educators; visit production facilities and farms; and sample local foods. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
