    CIA California Academic Programs

    Our Napa Valley campus offers:

    • Associate degrees with majors in either culinary arts or baking and pastry arts, based on the same innovative curricula as the world-renowned degree programs at our New York campus
    • Certificate programs in culinary arts and wine and beverage studies
    • Custom programs for leaders and professionals in the food industry
    • The Food Business School, our center for executive and graduate education
    • Programs for food and wine enthusiasts, from two-hour demos and one-day cooking classes to multi-day skill-building Boot Camps

    Built in the late 19th century and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, our impressive Greystone facility in St. Helena was once home to the Christian Brothers Winery. Here, you can:

    • Dine in the new Gatehouse Restaurant.
    • Enjoy an espresso and a freshly baked pasty from The Bakery Café by illy while taking in the view of the surrounding vineyards from the front terrace.
    • Shop for everything culinary in the Spice Islands Marketplace.
    • Take a campus tour, offered daily at 11:30 a.m. with additional offering at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
    • Enjoy a cooking demonstration or a class for food and wine enthusiasts.
    • Visit the historic Barrel Room and marvel over the amazing collection of 1000+ corkscrews displayed in the main entry hall.

    Our newly acquired Copia facility is located near the Oxbow Public Market in downtown Napa. Here, you can:
