There’s no better way to experience college life with a culinary twist at CIA than to visit our New York campus. And now, with our Fall Open House events, you’ll get a taste of what awaits you here. These events are the perfect opportunity to help you get a jump on your future in food and hospitality—so don’t miss out. Join us from 1–4:30 p.m. for the following:

  • Welcome to CIA—Start the day off right with some refreshments and our Information Buffet. This is your chance to mingle with the admissions team and current students!
  • Admissions Presentation—Learn more about our world class academic programs, scholarships, student life, and get a few great tips and tricks to nail your application and essay.
  • Current Student Panel—Hear all about CIA firsthand from our current students during a Q&A panel.
  • Campus Tour—Experience our beautiful New York campus at your own pace during a self-guided tour, with admissions staff stationed at key spots to answer your questions along the way.

Our students and CIA faculty chefs welcome you to dine with us and experience our student-staffed restaurants for yourself. Reservations are strongly recommended given peak, fall demand and can be easily made online. For walk-in service, we encourage you to visit The Egg, in our Student Commons.
