This program is for prospective students who have already graduated from high school.
Interested in pursuing a degree at the CIA, but haven’t had a chance to come onto campus to learn more? This evening event is perfect for busy adult prospective CIA students! Drop in any time between 5 and 6:30 p.m. for an informal chat with one of our admissions counselors. You’ll also enjoy an award-winning student-crafted beer from The Brewery at the CIA—on us! CIA Head Brewer Hutch Kugeman will show you around the brewery and talk about the brewing process. CIA admissions counselors will be on hand to answer questions you and if you’d like, we've got an optional campus tour that begins at 6:30 p.m. Cheers!
This program is for prospective students with prior college experience who are interested in finding out how their college credits can get them closer to a CIA degree. Transfer Tuesdays will include a campus tour, preliminary transfer credit evaluation (please bring your transcripts!), and an optional one-on-one application workshop.

Take a deep dive into the world of food this summer during the CIA’s exclusive six-day culinary summer camp at our Hyde Park, NY campus. Through expert-led lectures and demonstrations, hands-on workshops in cooking, baking, and pastry arts, and field trips, you’ll explore the art, science, and business aspects of food.
These personal, one-on-one events are a great way to discover how the CIA fits into your future. Your admissions officer will get to know you as you talk about your goals and work together on your admissions plan. Come prepared with tons of questions!
