CIA Professional Development Day

Join Us for Our Signature Professional Development Event, Elevated

Our annual CIA Professional Development Day on our New York campus is back—bigger, bolder, and more inspiring than ever!

This signature event for high school food and hospitality educators is expanding to welcome more attendees, offering even more opportunities to engage with fellow educators, industry leaders, and CIA faculty. Through thought-provoking sessions and meaningful conversations, you’ll gain fresh insights, practical takeaways, and renewed inspiration for the classroom. And of course, no CIA event is complete without great food. Enjoy a buffet-style networking lunch that brings everyone together over delicious dishes—crafted with the expertise only CIA can deliver.
