    Curriculum

    The 123-credit Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management program includes:

    • 18 hospitality management credits
    • 30 food and beverage core credits
    • 15 business core credits, and
    • 60 general education credits

    You will get an ideal mix of in-depth service management, business, and liberal arts courses with a strong food and beverage core unique to the CIA.

    The curriculum features a semester-long internship experience, as well as optional, specialized study concentrations in key hospitality industry segments.

    And, many bachelor’s graduates with a hospitality or hotel management degree from an accredited college or university add the CIA’s Accelerated Culinary Arts Certificate Program to gain the core culinary skills they need to advance in the industry.
