On first glance, it looks like any other science fair, with crowds of people walking around checking out the poster boards, colorful designs, graphs, and other visual aids. But upon closer inspection, this isn’t just science—it’s culinary science. And the “scientists” are CIA bachelor’s students making their senior thesis presentations, the final project in their culinary science degree program curriculum. You’ll hear from these students as they discuss their work and prepare for the many career opportunities open to them, including food manufacturing, product development, food technologist, food writer, research, and development specialist…the list goes on!
