Hyde Park, NY – The Culinary Institute of America is partnering with USA TODAY to present the first-ever "Experience
Food and Wine in the Hudson Valley" celebration at the college's Hyde Park
campus on Saturday, June 21 from 6–10 p.m.
Focused on showcasing the culinary resources of New York’s Hudson Valley, this unique experience will feature a four-course movable feast that allows guests to dine in all three of The CIA Restaurant Group's New York
restaurants—American Bounty Restaurant, Ristorante Caterina de' Medici and The Bocuse Restauant—all at one glorious event.
To start the evening, guests will gather in the spectacular Farquharson Hall for a Champagne reception, where they will enjoy hors d’oeuvre prepared by well-known Hudson Valley guest chefs. Included on the list of chefs is Peter X. Kelly, owner of some of the most renowned and acclaimed restaurants in New York State, all located in the Hudson Valley. His restaurants include Xaviar’s at Piermont, The Freelance Cafe and Wine Bar, Restaurant X & Bully Boy Bar, and Xaviars X2O on the Hudson.
Guests will be placed in small groups that will follow their own guide to their first, second, third, and fourth courses. Each of the courses will be paired with Hudson Valley wines and spirits, specially selected for this event by CIA chefs. Diners will progress from one restaurant to another over the course of the evening, enjoying live entertainers as they go. Between courses, guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the CIA, meet students, and see many of the college’s newest facilities as they tour the campus

Food & Wine in the Hudson Valley" dinner are $135 per person and include tax, tip, and service charge. To make your reservation for this one-of-a-kind event, call 845-471-6608.
