Dessert Professional magazine has come out with its annual list of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America. And for 2013, three of the honorees are CIA alumni:

- Andy Chlebana ’96, Joliet, IL
- Nancy Olson ’01, New York City
Matthew Stevens, editor of Dessert Professional, told Huffington Post, “Over the past 20 years pastry chefs in America have taken desserts to new heights and to a position of international respect. Our 2013 Top Ten Pastry Chefs exemplify the talent and dedication that will continue to strengthen our industry.”
CIA Professor Francisco Migoya was one of the honorees in 2011.
