The CIA offers three bachelor's degree majors at the New York campus, each preparing its graduates for leadership and success in important sectors of the food business.


Depending on their major, bachelor's students can also choose a focus or specialization via academic concentrations, most of which include a semester away. A CIA concentration is a great way for your child to pursue an area of interest in more depth, and target learning to career goals.

CIA bachelor's students can also deepen their understanding of the world through the Global Cuisines and Cultures elective. The course includes an unforgettable travel experience in an influential culinary destination such as China, France, Italy, Spain, Peru, or the U.S. Hudson Valley.
