Steels Finish Sports Season With Strong Tennis Showing

In one of the closest tennis tournaments in league history, Berkeley College edged out the CIA for the 2015 Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) Tournament title at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY.

Playing at the site of the U.S. Open Grand Slam tournament, the Steels finished with 14 team points to Berkeley's 16. Finishing in second place overall, the CIA had three individual champions in the singles competition: sophomore Jeremy Sawyer (Reno, NV) in flight #2, freshman Jonghee Lee (Seoul, South Korea) in flight #3, and freshman Zachary Bryant (Oxford, PA) in flight #6.

Following the tournament, two Steels were named to the HVIAC All-Conference Team: Lee and freshman Zehn Laliwala (Bangalore, India).
