Alum Wins World’s Best Chocolate Honors

CIA grad Bryan Graham '08, owner of a small chocolate factory in the Catskill Mountains, has been recognized for having the best chocolate of its kind in the world. Graham is also the chocolate maker at Fruition Chocolate in Shokan, NY.

He won the "best in competition" grand prize at the International Chocolate Awards for his Marañón Canyon Dark Milk variety, beating thousands of other entrants from around the world. He sources and imports his ethically-harvested cacao beans from Peru, and combines the 68 percent pure chocolate with toasted whole milk for a rich, dark taste.

Graham was previously honored as one of America's Top Ten Chocolatiers by Dessert Professional magazine in 2013.
