The student-staffed Savor restaurant at the CIA San Antonio has been named one of the 10 Best New Restaurants in the entire state of Texas—and the only one in San Antonio—by Texas Monthly magazine. Both the kitchen and dining room are also classrooms for CIA students where, before graduating, they put into practice the cooking, hospitality, and management skills they have learned during their CIA studies.
