Chef Nevielle Panthaky ’03, I Wanted the Best

With a childhood spent in India, Africa, the Middle East, and Dubai, Nevielle Panthaky truly understands what it means to be a citizen of the world. He came to the CIA in Hyde Park, NY because he wanted the best culinary education available. During his four years at the college, he was involved in every aspect of campus life as a resident assistant, chief justice of the judiciary board, and president of two clubs. His CIA training has served him well, making it possible for him to take on impressive management jobs at Panda Restaurant Group, P.F. Chang’s, IHOP, and now Chipotle Mexican Grill. A little icing on this already impressive cake? Nevielle met his wife when he was a student at the CIA!

Chef Nevielle Panthaky majored in culinary management at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He is the vice president of menu innovations for culinary at IHOP based in Los Angeles, CA.
