CIA Alumni Bio

What is your favorite dish to create?
Homemade linguine and clams.

Describe a day in your life at your job/business.
Every day is a new challenge especially with a new business. I spend the early mornings and early afternoons running our busy lunch service. Afternoons consist of meetings such as PR and Marketing, check ins with our current employees to help them grow, interviewing new staff, and getting us set for success as best as possible. Evenings the focus is on service; the flow, making sure our standards are upheld throughout, and coaching the team as necessary. Each day start it over again.

Tell us about a few highlights of your career.
Opening two restaurants and getting to develop the people to be a part of a team and a family. Ultimately creating two very different yet amazing cultures that I am immensely proud to have been a part of.

Do you have any advice for future or current CIA students?
Get out there and work hard, be patient and remember to stay humble.
