The new dining facility showcases UC San Diego’s latest dining initiative, Rooted in Flavor, which focuses on sustainable, healthy and thoughtfully crafted meals. The initiative is inspired by Menus of Change, a concept created by the CIA and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
