Heading into 2020, the website FoodTank assembled a list of organizations “Creating a New Decade for Food.” The Culinary Institute of America is the only culinary college to be part of this group credited with working towards a more sustainable food system. FoodTank specifically spotlighted the CIA’s Menus of Change®—in conjunction with the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health—as an initiative that is changing the way the world eats.
