Over the course of the fall 2016 semester, juniors and seniors in the CIA’s Food History class have been researching and curating a museum exhibit for the public.
Dick Cattani, chief executive officer of Restaurant Associates, delivered the commencement address at the New York campus of the CIA on December 2.
The Culinary Institute of America has appointed Kevin Allan as the college’s vice president of advancement.
