The CIA at Greystone—An Immersive Environment for Learning
The CIA at Greystone is one of the world’s most unique and enriching schools for food and wine education. Built in the late 19th century and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, our magnificant Greystone facility in St. Helena was once home to the Christian Brothers Winery right in the heart of the Napa Valley. The Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies was the first of its kind for wine education. Our faculty members include top chefs, food executives, restaurant owners, master sommeliers, and more. We offer:
At The CIA at Copia in downtown Napa, discover The Food Business School, our center for executive education, and the new home of our Accelerated Culinary Arts Certificate Program.
