The CIA’s basketball team is one of our flagship intercollegiate athletics teams. After the college joined the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in 2004, the team qualified for its first postseason tournament only a few years later in 2008–09, with another postseason run to follow in 2009–10. In 2015–16, the CIA basketball team was featured on ESPN as well as in The New York Times.
