The CIA is one of the few culinary schools with a top-quality athletics program featuring five co-ed teams. As part of the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletics Conference, the college fields teams in: Basketball, Cross-Country, Soccer, Tennis, and Volleyball.
Staying fit, having fun, and spending time with your classmates is the focus of the fitness and intramural program at the CIA. Enjoy everything from yoga and zumba classes to basketball, floor hockey, and volleyball tournaments. Check it out!
