The CIA Offering Fun, Interactive Dinner Events
Watch and Help CIA Chefs Prepare Dinner at The Chef’s Table
Hyde Park, NY – This fall, food enthusiasts in the Hudson Valley have a unique opportunity to enjoy an
evening of fun, food, and friends as they watch—and even help—a CIA chef prepare
Guests will gather round The Chef’s Table in the college’s Marriott Pavilion demo kitchen and see culinary magic
made right before their eyes. And with just 10 food enthusiasts at the table, there
will be plenty of opportunity for everyone to jump in and help, ask the chef
questions, and enjoy delicious food and beverage pairings.
Three Chef’s Table events are on the menu:
Pasta—Thursday, October 13
Learn how to make pasta dough and then how to roll, cut, cook, and sauce your handmade
Perfect Steak—Thursday, November 3
Find out the chef’s secrets for trimming, cutting, and cooking a perfect steak
Party Food—Thursday, December 15
Discover how to create everything from starters to small plates to the main course, just in time for holiday entertaining.
The price for each Chef’s Table event is $75 per person and
includes all food, beverages, and service. Each event runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m.,
and is limited to 10 participants. Dress is casual. Reservations can be made online or by calling 1-800-888-7850.
