    As a culinary school with several housing options, the CIA’s goal is to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible should you choose to reside on our Hyde Park, NY, campus.

    CIA housing in New York includes residence halls where you can study quietly while making new friends from around the world. Each location includes a full-time professional residence director who is available to help you. In addition, CIA Residence Life staff members are trained to make you feel at home.

    Apply for CIA Housing

    All new and returning students must complete the on-campus housing request form on the CIA Student Portal by selecting “Apply for Campus Housing” on your “To-Do” list and completing the housing application.

    Please complete all fields in red on the application and all other fields applicable to your housing needs. All housing requests must be submitted to the Residence Life office using this online form. You will receive notification of your room assignment via your CIA e-mail account about three weeks prior to your return date (we do not provide assignments via mail or phone).

    Prefer to live off campus? You can explore CIA off-campus housing options through Places4Students.com, an off-campus housing listing service.

    List Your Rental Property

    With 16 entry dates per year, the CIA has a constant flow of incoming students. If you’re a landlord who would like to include your property in the database, please register at Places4Students.com to list your rental.
