Michele sits on the CIA’s Culinary Science Advisory Council while supporting a portfolio of clients for Target Research Group. At the CIA, she guest lectures on various topics, including “Market Research & Product Development” and “Marketing and How to Reach Consumers.”
A seasoned researcher and industry expert, she has been published in leading journals, co-authored a number of books, and presented at numerous conferences. Michele previously served as vice president of consumer and sensory insights for Q Research Solutions and vice president at Moskowitz Jacobs Inc.
