The Culinary Institute of America's Industry Leadership programs are for foodservice operators for inspiration, networking, skill development, culinary insights, and continuing education credit. These conferences, summits,
and professional retreats focus on topics and trends crucial to the industry, including flavor development, health and wellness, nutrition science, volume foodservice, sustainability, and technology.
The calendar of leadership programs offered by the CIA has grown from the initial Worlds of Flavor® conference in 1998 to a dozen events that include partnerships with Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the MIT Media Lab, and the University of California, Davis.
Our programing focuses on topics and trends of particular interest to professional chefs. Our presenters are innovators and entrepreneurs, scientists and academics, and of course, culinary executives and foodservices professionals from all sectors of our industry.
