There’s no better way to experience college life with a culinary twist at CIA than to visit our New York campus. And now, with Preview Days, you’ll get the perfect taste of what awaits you here. Exclusively for 2027 seniors and 2028 juniors, it’s the perfect event to help you get a jump on your future—so don’t miss out. Here’s a sample of what you might expect at this event:
- Welcome to CIA—Join our Admissions team as they share details about CIA academic programs and our hands-on approach to learning. Plus, get tips for nailing your application!
- Culinary Mini-Lesson (Student Break-out)—Get a taste of CIA education with a culinary mini-lesson from faculty.
- Set for Success (Parent Breakout)—Parents will get a full picture of the student experience. From our engaging, supportive campus that fosters confidence, care, and success from day one, to academic advising and career support, including externships, career fairs, and what life looks like after CIA.
- Campus Tour—Take a self-guided walking tour of campus. Get an insider’s look at where all the magic happens—from kitchens and classrooms to creative hubs and residence halls.
We’re even serving snacks, so you’re fueled up for a day of fun!
