"State of Ate" is an exhibit on the CIA's New York campus curated by students in the college's Applied Food Studies program; and "Dining through Time in the Hudson Valley" is a special dinner at the American Bounty Restaurant.
Hudson Valley magazine features these two programs, which together offer a look at the ingredients critical in shaping the economy and culinary growth of New York State and how the foods of the Hudson Valley developed from indigenous times to today.
