  • CIA Takes Hospitality Management to the Next Level!

Stand out in the ever-changing hospitality industry with the CIA’s Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hospitality Management degree offered at our New York campus—we’re redefining hospitality education.

Hospitality is one of the world’s largest and most exciting industries—reaching virtually everyone in the world—from local restaurants, bars, and nightclubs to exotic travel destinations, casinos, and theme parks. Customer needs are constantly evolving—due to travel trends and societal shifts, but food and hospitality is always a central part of our culture and economy.

At the core of any hospitality organization is its food and beverage operations. Advanced knowledge of this critical aspect of the business is essential to commanding the respect of the kitchen and leading the organization—whether you do it from the vantage point of the kitchen or front-of-house, hotel room operations, marketing and finance, or as a general manager.

And nobody does F&B business education like the CIA. This Hospitality Management bachelor’s degree will give you the confidence and a distinct advantage in the kitchen—with more food and beverage credit hours than any other hospitality program—without requiring a full chef-focused education.

Many of our alumni are already leading at top hospitality companies around the world like Marriott, Hilton, Royal Caribbean International, Walt Disney World, and many more. With this new bachelor’s program, we’re preparing the hospitality leaders of tomorrow. You can be one of them!
