CIA Campus Visit: What to Expect

We’re excited to welcome admissions visitors to campus! We know you’ll fall in love with our beautiful, residential campus.

  • Most of our events include a walking tour of campus. These tours are conducted primarily outside, rain or shine. Tours will last approximately 90 minutes.
  • Guests will be provided with parking information the day before your tour via email. Directions to campus are available here.
  • The Craig Claiborne Bookstore is located in Roth Hall. It is open Monday–Saturday. Please check their website for updated hours.

Dining On-Campus

Getting hungry? Consider joining us for lunch or dinner.

  • Our Apple Pie Bakery Café offers casual dining without a reservation.
  • The American Bounty Restaurant, The Bocuse Restaurant, and Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici offer fine dining and require a reservation. You can check for reservations online.
  • The Egg is the CIA’s student commons, providing seating for nearly 500 students with an additional 150 seats available outdoors. Dining choices vary depending on day and time—including The Line, The Café, and the Innovation Station. The Brewery at the CIA is also located in The Egg, with beers available for purchase with proper ID.
