Chef Zach Lutton is the founder and CEO of Zedric’s, a San Antonio-based meal prep company redefining what healthy eating can taste like.
A 2006 CIA graduate, Lutton began his career with Compass Group, working as a chef across Bon Appétit and Eurest Dining to open and support food service operations. While working full-time, he started cooking meals out of his home in 2008 for friends and local CrossFit athletes—quickly building a client base of more than 40 people.
By 2010, demand made the decision clear. Lutton left his job and built Zedric’s from the ground up.
Today, as CEO, Lutton remains deeply involved in every part of the business—from culinary innovation and menu development to marketing, e-commerce, vendor partnerships, and operations—scaling a company built on real food, real ingredients, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
