Jennifer Speziale is the senior manager—special projects and events in the Office of the President at the Culinary Institute of America. In this role, she works with the Leadership Team to manage presidential initiatives, special events, executive travel, and strategic projects that support the college’s mission and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Jennifer spent more than a decade in CIA’s Development and Alumni Relations office, where she led major fundraising events, alumni engagement initiatives, and development operations, bringing extensive institutional knowledge and a collaborative approach to every project. Before joining CIA, Jennifer worked in a local private accounting office, gaining valuable experience in business operations and client relations.
Jennifer earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College. Having grown up in the Hudson Valley with the Culinary Institute of America practically in her backyard, working at CIA has been a full-circle experience and has allowed her to contribute to an institution that has long been part of her community.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and their two corgis, Frankie and Lucky. She and her family enjoy gathering with friends and loved ones, and her husband’s local bread distribution business allows them to continue supporting and being part of the vibrant Hudson Valley community.
