Amy Racine is an award-winning beverage professional whose work demonstrates how wine and spirits can express narrative, place, and emotion as powerfully as cuisine. She continues to redefine beverage leadership in modern hospitality, setting new standards for excellence.
After earning her bachelor’s degree and then completing CIA’s Accelerated Wine and Beverage Program, she achieved her Advanced Sommelier certification at age 24, an early milestone in a career defined by precision and creativity.
Now a 20-year industry veteran, Racine is beverage director and partner at JF Restaurants, overseeing programs across New York, Tampa, Boston, and Los Angeles, and shaping the beverage identity for acclaimed properties including Michelin-starred IRIS, La Marchande, North Fork Table & Inn, The Terrace & Outdoor Gardens, Obvio, and Tatiana, by fellow CIA alum Kwame Onwuachi ’13.
Racine brings the art and craft of gastronomy to beverage leadership, making drinks an essential part of the guest experience and blending technical mastery with imaginative pairings. She has garnered recognition from publications including Esquire, Wine Enthusiast, and VinePair, along with numerous Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence.
