Differentiation, Branding, and Packaging

In her over 15 years as a marketer in natural foods, Ms. Golden has launched over 30 products and lead numerous packaging and branding initiatives. She has a history of work with mission driven brands and companies and is a resourceful entrepreneur, seasoned in building teams and results for high-growth companies. Ms. Golden has touched all aspects of the marketing mix across the natural foods and hospitality industries as well as in the nonprofit sector. As owner of Nourishing Growth, Ms. Golden advises growing companies on the topics of branding, marketing, and executive management. Previously, as vice president of marketing and innovation for organic superfood company Navitas Organics, Ms. Golden oversaw new product development, brand design, and managed a portfolio of 60+ products in multiple categories. Prior to Navitas she was on the marketing team at Clif Bar & Company, during some of their highest growth years, developing compelling 360° consumer marketing campaigns across grassroots, social media, online, event, and high-reach platforms.

Ms. Golden started Nourishing Growth to serve brands and companies in their pursuit of growth. Ms. Golden earned a Master’s of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and an undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is a mom of two, a painter, and a volunteer for the equine therapy group, Giant Steps.
