Differentiation, Branding, and Packaging

As vice president of marketing and innovation for organic food company Navitas Organics, Ms. Golden oversees new product development and brand design, and manages a product portfolio of 60+ plant-based superfoods and snacks such as smoothie ingredients, seeds and nuts, nutrition powders, and energy bars. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the product, including general management, P&L, quality, consumer response, marketing mix, and retail activation.

She previously worked as senior experience marketing manager for Clif Bar & Company in Emeryville, CA, where she oversaw consumer facing marketing execution for the LUNA and Clif Kid brands, developing compelling 360° consumer marketing campaigns across grassroots, social media, online, event, and high-reach platforms.

Ms. Golden also served as marketing manager for Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, associate marketing manager for RIU Hotels & Resorts, and creative manager for Fallon Worldwide, a critically acclaimed advertising and branding company whose accounts included BMW USA, United Airlines, Macromedia, Holiday Inn Express, and Citibank.

A resourceful entrepreneur seasoned in building teams and results for high-growth companies, Ms. Golden earned a master’s of business administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
