A Rivian R1T Powered the Cross-Country Journey of a 4,000-Pound Stone Mill
The journey began in early August at New American Stone Mills in Morrisville, VT, where the custom 48″ mill was loaded into the trailer and hitched to the back of the R1T to set off to CIA in Hyde Park, NY. While at the iconic CIA, the students showed a deep curiosity for developing recipes using heirloom grains, which set a positive tone for the long journey ahead.
