From the energetic night markets of Taipei, to the ultra-modern menus at Andre Chiang’s RAW, the CIA presents its newest documentary series—World Culinary Arts, Taiwan.
Graduates of the CIA learned the importance of paying it forward when Angelo Vivolo, owner of Vivolo Restaurant Group in New York City, delivered the commencement address at the college’s New York campus on May 5.
Goya President Robert Unanue, grandson of company founder, was at CIA to dedicate the Goya Cuisines of the Americas Kitchen and to announce the company’s ongoing donation of Goya products for students.
