The CIA is hosting a free screening of Knife Skills, followed by a Q&A session with Chef Chrostowski, on Thursday, May 24 at 3 p.m.
In a year when women and people of color took center stage at the James Beard Foundation Awards, three female CIA graduates were big winners.
Instead of chef jackets & toques, some students at the CIA will soon be donning white beekeeping suits & hats with mesh face coverings for one of their classes.
