News

As many as 200 students from the CIA are spreading out across Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie on Saturday morning, October 21 for the college’s first Community Outreach Day.
The CIA, in collaboration with Suntory Group, launched the second year of its Advanced Cooking: Japanese Cuisine course at the college’s New York campus.
The CIA is well-represented in Restaurant Hospitality magazine’s new list of the “25 Most Powerful Multiconcept Operators” in America.
