TOURING THE CIA
Prospective students and visitors are encouraged to experience the CIA firsthand. Tours for prospective students are available on most Wednesdays and Thursdays when the college is in session. Special arrangements can be made for those unable to attend a regularly scheduled tour. School group tours are also available on a limited basis. To schedule your visit, please call the college's Admissions Department at 1-800-CULINARY (285-4627).
The general public can schedule tours on Mondays at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Wednesdays at 4 p.m., and Thursdays at 4 p.m., at $5 per person. Reservations are required. For more information, or to schedule a tour, call 845-451-1588, Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Group tours for restaurant guests (groups of 20 or more) may be scheduled by calling 845-451-1544.
