Public Tours
Take a tour of The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio! Tours of
the newly expanded campus are available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30
p.m. Observe chef-in-training-students cooking in the Skills Kitchens or
catch a glimpse of a food enthusiast Boot Camp in action (subject to
academic calendar). Sign up today by contacting Denise Zuniga at

Tours last about 20–30 minutes and are complimentary. Donations are
welcome and your contributions help fund our El Sueño scholarship for
San Antonio students.
Cooking Demos
Come to The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio campus and see
what all the excitement is about! During each interactive "CIA San Antonio: A First Taste"
program, you'll watch a culinary demonstration by our chef-instructors,
enjoy tastings of the items prepared, and take the recipes home to try
