
During our 30-week Culinary Arts Certificate Program, you will cook, bake, taste, and use both new and familiar foods and ingredients as you explore the diversity of the world’s cuisines. You will start with the basics of cooking and finish by learning to prepare foods for receptions and buffets. Then you and your classmates will use what you have learned to host a celebration for family and friends on your graduation day.
