Gift Certificate Purchases

When you present family and friends with a gift certificate from the CIA, you are helping them create delicious memories that will last a lifetime. With a CIA gift certificate they can choose to make a reservation at one of our four award-winning restaurants, attend one of our exciting themed Dining Series events, or pop in to the Apple Pie Bakery Café for light fare, and breads and pastries that rival any in the world!

There are two easy ways to order gift certificates.

3. To purchase a gift certificate for the Greystone Wine Spectator Restaurant, please call

For your safety and privacy we require that you set up an account before creating your gift certificate. If you don't already have an account, please sign up for one now.

Help Using the Online System

Welcome to The Culinary Institute of America's online restaurant reservations and gift certificate system. You can instantly secure and confirm a restaurant reservation at all of the CIA's Hyde Park, N.Y. restaurants (excluding Apple Pie Bakery Cafè).

Gift Certificates: Online gift certificates can only be purchased for the restaurants at the CIA's Hyde Park, NY campus. To purchase a gift certicate for the Greystone Wine Spectator restaurant, please call 707-967-1010.

New Users: You must activate your account in order to use the system. Once you create an account, you are sent an activation e-mail. Click on the link to activate your account.

Online Reservations: Online reservations can be made three (3) months in advance. If you require more time, please call 845-471-6608 to inquire about the scheduling dates. For parties larger than 8 please call 845-471-6608 to make your reservation.

Please note: If you are a CIA student wishing to redeem a restaurant invitation voucher, please do not use the online restaurant reservations system. Instead, call 845-471-6608 to make your reservation.
