  • New York Open Houses


    For Current High School Students

    This program is for high school juniors and seniors interested in a culinary arts or baking and pastry arts career. The Open House will include an admissions presentation where you'll learn more about our associate and bachelor's degree programs, a culinary demonstration, campus tour, buffet lunch, and a financial aid presentation.

    Registration is at 8:45 a.m. in the Conrad N. Hilton Library and the program will begin at 9 a.m. Admissions staff members will be available to answer all your individual questions and for personal interviews.

  • New York Non-Traditional Student Open Houses

    The Open House will include an admissions presentation, a culinary demonstration by the CIA's Chef Freddy, a campus tour, and a financial aid presentation. Hors d'oeuvre will be served. This program is for prospective students who have already graduated from high school.

    Registration is at 12:30 p.m. and program will begin at 1:15 p.m. Admissions staff members will be available to answer all your individual questions.
