    Save Time and Money with the CIA's Bachelor’s Fast Track ProgramThese events are for college graduates or college students, career changers, and career advancers seeking to pursue their culinary passion. These events provide a focused opportunity for you to learn about the world's premier culinary college. You'll learn about the CIA's gold standard curriculum, outstanding career options, simple admissions process, and financial aid scholarships. You will have the chance to speak with an admissions counselor about your individual questions.

  • Adult/Transfer Student Behind the Scenes Open House

    The Behind the Scenes Open House will include an admissions presentation, a step-by-step financial aid presentation, a CIA Student Discussion Panel where you can ask real CIA students your questions, an application workshop, an extended campus tour including a look at our kitchens and restaurants, and lunch at our new Student Commons, The Egg. Attendees will also receive a $50 Barnes & Noble gift card that you can use at the CIA Bookstore. This program is for prospective students who have already graduated high school. Registration is at 9 a.m. and the program will begin at 9:15 a.m.

  • Adult/Transfer Student Open Houses

    The Open House will include an admissions presentation, a culinary demonstration by the CIA's Chef Freddy, a campus tour, and a financial aid presentation. Hors d'oeuvre will be served. This program is for prospective students who have already graduated from high school.

    Registration is at 12:30 p.m. and program will begin at 1:15 p.m. Admissions staff members will be available to answer all your individual questions.

  • Adult/Transfer Students Application Workshops

    This Application Workshop will include an admissions presentation, step-by-step information on how to complete your applications, a campus tour, and opportunity to receive an express decision—be sure to bring your complete application and supporting documents.   • Transfer Student Tuesday Information Sessions

    Transfer Student Tuesday Information Sessions are for prospective students who are interested in learning how to save time and money by transferring their credits to the CIA. You'll get a personal evaluation from our Transfer Credit Coordinator and receive on the spot information about what credits you'll be able to transfer.

  • ACE Student Information Sessions

    The ACE Admissions Information Sessions are for Industry Professionals with a minimum of 2.5 years of professional kitchen-related experience who are interested in the 15-month associate degree program. You'll learn about the college, admissions process, financial aid opportunities, and tour our beautiful residential campus while getting a firsthand look at the world's premier culinary college. If you have individual questions, you can meet with an admissions counselor after the campus tour.
