The Danny Kaye Theatre serves as the site for student and faculty cooking demonstrations and wine tastings.
The theater is also home to the college's Great Chefs Series, Zagat Lecture Series on Service, Dooley Lecture Series, and many other special events that bring top chefs and foodservice professionals from around the world to campus for live cooking demonstrations and open forums with students. Some CIA students even have the chance to cook side by side with these amazing culinary giants.
