resource for journalists. With more than 60 years of experience as The
World’s Premier Culinary College, the CIA draws acknowledged masters of
the culinary world to our faculty. These talented chefs and
industry experts are available for interviews on a variety of topics,
including trends in business, food, lifestyle, and wine, as well as
cooking and baking techniques.
If you are a member of the media, we invite you to sign up for our media-only mailing list.
