Writing – Adjunct Faculty
The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, is seeking applicants to teach college level freshman writing. This course introduces students to the principles of expository writing, including grammar, structure, audience, point of view, clarity, logic, and use of evidence. Our unique semester system results in new courses beginning every three weeks. Classes meet three hours per week over a fifteen week period and start times vary throughout the day. Minimum requirements include a master's degree in an appropriate discipline and prior teaching experience.
