Table Service – Full time Faculty

The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, seeks skilled and dedicated professionals to teach courses in table service techniques, front-of-the-house processes, and hospitality. Our ideal candidates will demonstrate a pattern of success as a dining room professionals with a minimum of eight to ten years of progressively responsible, hands-on dining room experience; a mastery of a variety of service styles including formal and casual dining, wine and beverage service, as well as banquets and catered events; a strong sense of hospitality and customer service; and a love of teaching. A bachelor's degree is required.
