Baking and Pastry Arts Instructors
The Culinary Institute of America's Greystone campus located in St. Helena, CA is seeking applicants for full time, permanent, year-round faculty positions to teach a variety of baking and pastry courses to aspiring cooks, chefs, and managers of the future. Applicants should possess a strong mastery of baking and pastry fundamentals, a passion for food, and a strong enthusiasm to share their knowledge and experience.
Minimum requirements include seven years of progressively responsible baking & pastry experience culminating with managerial experience. AOS or BA degree in hospitality or related field; two years prior teaching experience; knowledge of baking fundamentals, pastry fundamentals, sugar work, chocolate work, cakes, pastries and plated desserts. Candidates with an advance professional certification such as CEPC, CMB or CMPV, are preferred.
