Does your teen share your passion for cooking? Does he or she aspire to be the next star chef? Then you'll both enjoy Parent and Teen Day at the CIA. Featuring hands-on cooking, chef demonstrations, and recipes from our award-winning cookbooks, these fun classes offer an unforgettable bonding experience for the two of you.

From Asian cuisine to bread baking, we offer a class for every culinary interest. During these exciting programs, the two of you will chop, cook, or bake to your heart's content in our professional kitchens. You will also enjoy lunch, receive a CIA logo apron, and take home a copy of the cookbook featured in class.

Parent and Teen Day at the CIA

When: October 23 (9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.)
Where: CIA Hyde Park, NY campus
Cost: $250 per person ($500 per adult/teen)
Attire: Long pants, long sleeves, and closed toe shoes
