  • Enrollment Schedule: NY Culinary Majors

    The CIA offers four enrollment seasons throughout the year—a total of 16 entry dates—for its degree programs. Please use the enrollment schedules below when selecting your preferred season and year on your application.

    To assure the best handling of your application, please refer to the recommended timeline for your desired enrollment season. If key timeline dates have already passed, but you would still like to be considered for enrollment for a particular season, please apply and we will contact you with information about any available seats that may be open. If you are interested in enrolling as soon as possible, please check the Fast Track option on the application form.

    Late Fall '14

    Enrollment Dates: 10/21/14, 11/10/14, and 12/01/14
