  • Enrollment Schedule: NY Baking & Pastry Majors

    The CIA offers four enrollment seasons throughout the year—a total of 16 entry dates—for its degree programs. Please use the enrollment schedule below when selecting your preferred season and year on your application.

    To ensure that you are considered for your preferred season of entry, submit your application and all supporting documentation by the deadline dates listed below. All items should be postmarked by the Application Completion Deadline Date. Following the deadline date, all applicants for a particular season will be considered for admission.

    Spring '14

    Enrollment Dates: 04/14/14, 05/05/14, 05/27/14, and 06/16/14

    Summer/Early Fall '14

    Enrollment Dates: Season Closed
    • FAFSA: submit now using the 2014–15 FAFSA and 2013 tax information
     

    Late Fall '14

    Enrollment Dates: Season Closed
    • FAFSA: submit using the 2014–15 FAFSA and 2013 tax information
     

    Winter '15

    Enrollment Dates: 01/06/15, 01/27/15, 02/17/15, 03/10/15, and 03/30/15
