    Students may enroll in any CIA degree program during four enrollment seasons for a total of 16 entry dates a year. Our Baking & Pastry Arts program fills quickly, but last minute seats sometimes become available. Submit your application as soon as possible and we'll be happy to discuss your enrollment options.
